How can I change or reset my password?
You can change your account password for security reasons, reset your password if you forget it, or create a new password.
Change an existing password
If you can still log in to the platform but would like to change your password:
- Go to 'Account'
- Click 'User profile'
- Click the 'Reset password' under your email
Reset your password
If you forget your password, you can reset it:
- Go to the login page
- Click 'Forgot my password'
- Enter your email
- The system will send you an email with a link to reset your password
- Click the link in the email to create a new password
