VNIS Smart Load Balancer uses a default routing strategy to intelligently route traffic to the CDN that will work best in a given region. However, businesses can also customize the default routing strategies based on their preference.
Dynamic routing strategy allows users to set CDN routing decisions based on the best latency or best availability.
To activate the dynamic routing strategy, navigate to ‘Marketplace’ > ‘DEM’. Here you can find the Dynamic routing Power-Up.
Open the Power-Up card, and click the ‘Install’ button to install the Dynamic routing on your account.
The Power-Up card contains information such as the coverage and the price of Dynamic routing.
After clicking the ‘Install’ button, you can now customize your CDN routing strategy based on best latency or best availability.
